Today we celebrate Emily Shaw representing England at the Home International.
I read a superb article recently about Piers and Grace Copeland that referred to Dorset not having too many names to refer to from the last except the likes of Melissa Courtney and Charlotte Moore. I obviously thought of Commonwealth and Olympian Nikki Hamblin to add to that list in terms of middle distance. Grace’s Schools World Championship selection list year was Incredible, and Emily has now achieved what I believe to be another Dorset first.
Today, she will earn her 4th England vest in 3 years!

New venue, should save a bit on anticipated coach costs.
With Liverpool for the English Schools Cross Country, it was and is shaping up to be another year of watching every penny.
